"THE" is the first LP by the odd band known as Silent Animals. Released in November of 2014, At this point they were still only a two piece band, they have since Evolved into an even wilder creature with the Addition of Dennis Bird in 2015, who plays Bass and guitar as well as vocals in some songs, New LP coming soon.

The album is a set of stories and anecdotes that all contain the theme of Grief in some of it's many forms; Nihilism, Obsession, Apathy, Death fantasy, sociopathic tendencies hidden as self pity, Self doubt and realization, Self loathing for past failures, and Loss of humanity in a technological world.
